How do I order?
Add the product you want to your cart and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the order process. Once your order is complete, an email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. The email will contain a URL to the product, so please access it from there and enjoy your purchase.
Q. 音声ガイドを利用すると、通信料やバッテリーはどのくらいかかりますか？
音声ガイド全体（約36分）を聴いた場合、通信量は約40〜50MB程度です。 （YouTube動画1本の約1/10程度） 動画や大きな画像とは異なり、音声のみのため比較的通信負荷は軽く、多くの方はモバイル通信でも問題なくご利用いただいております。
スマートフォンの電池消耗は、当社テストでは6％程度でした。 （※機種や通信状況によって若干前後する場合があります）

Q. 通信環境が悪くて音声ガイドが途中で止まります。
ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。
通信量は少ない設計ですが、もし再生が難しい場合は「後ほどご自宅等のWi-Fi環境で再度アクセス」していただくことも可能です。
